Luis is the new Owner/CEO of Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty. In this role, he spearheads the company’s office practice, focusing on best-in-class representation of owners and buyers throughout the region. Serving as a specialist in the acquisition/disposition, as well as the financial analysis of investment real estate.
Process agent commissions. Verify and reconcile the closing of internal reports and those of Crest, for agent production status. Process all new hire files for both agents & staff. Oversee the Company's 125K benefit packet for administrative staff, Workers Comp and E&O.
I enjoy helping our agents with their business and accountability. Always willing to learn and find ways to make our job easier. Married for 40 plus years with two sons and four grandchildren. Our eldest son David works with my wife and I here at Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty.
With her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Entrepreneurship, Monica has developed various business plans and lead over a handful of development and growth projects. Her ventures spanned with start-up businesses to fortune-500’s. During such ventures, she has gained experienced and applied knowledge in all aspects of business analytics, marketing, finance, accounting, operations and management.
Gonzalo plays a pivotal part in day-to-day operations at Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty. His primary job function is to maintain and operate all information systems. He manages and oversees all servers, computers, printers, networking peripherals and all end users within the network. His secondary key role is in managing the graphics and marketing department.
Patricia has been with Alliance Realty for over 20 years. She first started as a Relocation Coordinator. From there Patricia become the Compliance & Transaction Coordinator for our Hacienda Heights Office. For many years now she has been at our Whittier Office. With the same title of Compliance & Transaction Coordinator, she makes sure our agents have the support they need by providing each file with a keen eye to have it all run smoothly.

- Handle office phone calls and emails professionally while representing company image
- Maintain and manage office environment and supplies
- Provide administrative support to office managers and agents
- Follow up and update office production report on a daily basis
- Work as a Transaction Coordinator for Broker’s file fulfillment
Ana is our office administrative assistant. She takes on this role as assistant to our Management team from our CEO, Vice President along with making sure our agents are well informed on office events & trainings.
Ana is a mother of 5 children & resides with her husband in nearby La Habra. Ana loves live music, concert going, attending USC, Dodger & Clipper games but most of all cheering on her children in their respective sports and activities.
I’m Debbie, Receptionist here at Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty for over four years.
I will be the first person to greet you, by phone or if you come in for a visit. I have vast experience in customer service. I am here to administratively assist our staff, our agents and their clients. I assist our Property Management Department as well our Real Estate Academy. I work with a fantastic group of people and enjoy my job fully.
