Luis is the new Owner/CEO of Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty. In this role, he spearheads the company’s office practice, focusing on best-in-class representation of owners and buyers throughout the region. Serving as a specialist in the acquisition/disposition, as well as the financial analysis of investment real estate.
Process agent commissions. Verify and reconcile the closing of internal reports and those of Crest, for agent production status. Process all new hire files for both agents & staff. Oversee the Company's 125K benefit packet for administrative staff, Workers Comp and E&O.
Iris has 37 years experience in the Real Estate industry and a B.S. Degree in Psychology which is the backbone for assisting agents in their day-to-day transactions. She provides them the knowledge necessary to bring success to their business lives both financially and mentally. Always available to answer your questions and make life as an agent exciting, not scary.
Gonzalo plays a pivotal part in day-to-day operations at Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty. His primary job function is to maintain and operate all information systems. He manages and oversees all servers, computers, printers, networking peripherals and all end users within the network. His secondary key role is in managing the graphics and marketing department.
Patricia has been with Alliance Realty for over 20 years. She first started as a Relocation Coordinator. From there Patricia become the Compliance & Transaction Coordinator for our Hacienda Heights Office. For many years now she has been at our Whittier Office. With the same title of Compliance & Transaction Coordinator, she makes sure our agents have the support they need by providing each file with a keen eye to have it all run smoothly.
I’m Debbie, Receptionist here at Coldwell Banker® Alliance Realty for over four years.
I will be the first person to greet you, by phone or if you come in for a visit. I have vast experience in customer service. I am here to administratively assist our staff, our agents and their clients. I assist our Property Management Department as well our Real Estate Academy. I work with a fantastic group of people and enjoy my job fully.
As Communications and Media Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty, Blanca Morales organizes and promotes office operations internally and on social media. With experience in customer service, Blanca works closely with our management team to ensure our agents have the support they need to succeed.
