Jim Emery entered the Real Estate business in 1966 as a part time agent serving Whittier and Pico Rivera. During the next 4.5 years he obtained his brokers license and became general manager for the firm he worked for. Jim obtained GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designation, the highest level of REALTOR education at that time.
Jim opened his own brokerage company in 1971, joined Century 21 system as the number 10 franchise in 1972. Over the next 21 years century 21 Emery was the largest and highest producing franchise in the nation for C-21 for over 15 years.
The company switched franchises to Prudential in 1993 and again switched franchises to COLDWELL BANKER in 2000.
Today, Jim is broker, co-owner, president and CEO of COLDWELL BANKER ALLIANCE with offices in Whittier and Hacienda Heights. Mr. Emery is also broker, co-owner and CEO of COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE a full service commercial brokerage.
In addition Mr. Emery operates businesses in Escrow and Mortgage. 50 YEARS in real estate

Jennifer Brown was born and raised in Whittier. After getting married and while raising her two young sons, she decided to get her Real Estate license and pursue a career in Real Estate. After selling homes for several years she joined Coldwell Banker Alliance.
Her passion for helping people quickly led her into management as a training director where she created a new agent training program designed to get new agents productive within their first 90 days.
In 2007, Jennifer became a partner and has continued to inspire her agents to achieve high levels of success through exceptional training, continuous support and lots of motivation.
In Jennifer’s spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, wine tasting, dancing and being smothered with love by her 3 furry friends – Roxy (Chocolate Lab), Harley (Bassett/Germand Shepard Mix) and Shasta (Neopolitan Mastiff).

Process agent commissions. Verify and reconcile the closing of internal reports and those of Crest, for agent production status. Process all new hire files for both agents & staff. Oversee the Company's 125K benefit packet for administrative staff, Workers Comp and E&O.
On a personal note, I enjoy walking my Siberian Husky, taking dance classes, Tai Chi and Yoga.
Marketing Director / Information Technology
Gonzalo plays a pivotal part in day-to-day operations at Coldwell Banker Alliance. His primary job function is to maintain and operate all information systems. He manages and oversees all servers, computers, printers, networking peripherals and all end users within the network.
His secondary key role is in managing the graphics and marketing department. Here he overlooks and maintains all company Web presences including: Coldwell Banker Alliance's website, Real Estate School Website, Social Media Platforms : Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, and Youtube. Gonzalo is a super tech, and also teaches Realtors everything tech: from software to social media.
Gonzalo is married, has a maltese puppy that has his own Instagram account, enjoys traveling, going to Dodger Games, playing golf, trying new beers and listening to good music. He also has his own professional photography business.

Brand Specialist / Concierge
Valerie is a Brand Specialist and Concierge for Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty. In her role she works on connecting realtors to the all resources to help their business become more efficient and grow. She guides the agents in Coldwell Banker agent online platform, products and marketing, as well as providing content for social media.
Valerie is a mother, Realtor, Grey's Anatomy fanatic, avid food lover, fine dining appreciator and beanhead.

Receptionist / Alliance School of RE Admin
Angelina has been with Coldwell Banker Alliance for over 4 years, and is currently the Administrator for the Alliance School of Real Estate as well as the full time Office Receptionist Some of her job duties include enrolling new students, dealing with incoming calls regarding the school, and collecting payments. She also acts as the messenger for the classes and will keep students updated throughout the course.
Brianna currently provides designing and printing services for the realtors and the staff at Coldwell Banker Alliance. Her tasks include creating print and online media such as flyers, postcards and business cards to help with advertising and marketing. She has been doing graphic design for over 5 years.
